Rental Points

Licence and age: Renter should turn 21 old age for the vehicles of B, C, D group, 24 old age for the F, H, K, M group and has local or valid international licence during the term of rental contract.

Renting term:  It is at least for 1 day. Special prices are applied for long term rents.
Prices: VAT, fuel oil, damage liability insurance, theft insurance, personal accident insurance, tire-glass-lamp insurance, liability towards third persons insurance, one-way leaving fee, baby seat and luggage rack fee are not included. RICH RENT A CAR  RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE PRICE CONDITIONS AND THE TYPES OF VEHICLES DEFINED IN PRICE LIST WITHOUT GIVING NOTICE BEFOREHAND.

Payment: Collecting rent is made in delivery. All credit cards are available for payment.  Furthermore pre-provision is received under the condition that it will be cancelled at deliverance. In case of any delay in deliverance an additional charge is received in the rate of 1/3 of daily rent for each additional hour and rent for 1 day in delays exceeing total 2 hours.  
Insurance: Rich Rent a Car vehicles are guaranteed in the scope of Compulsory Indemnity  (traffic) and damage liability insurances that are set forth by the Road Traffic Act. Rich takes a duty to insure the customers set forth by laws. Therefore it presents six types of insurances to customers:

Traffic insurance:  It is a compulsory insurance requested by law that is free of extra charge.
Damage Liability Insurance (CDW): All damages and responsibilities that might be occured during driving the vehicles rented by Rich Rent a Car shall be on renter.
However, the renter may remove the responsibility in damaging by paying extra daily charge. Damage liability insurance guarantees all material damages that might be occured by usage of renter. It is compulsory to integrate this insurance into  prices of of all vehicles to be rented.

Personal Accident Insurance: This is an insurance covering treatment costs of the persons who are in vehicle during accident, permanent injuries and death indemnities.
Theft Insurance (TP: Renter may guarantee the car of which he or she rented by paying daily costs.
Tire-Glass-Lamp Insurance (TWH): Renter may integrate indemnities that may be occured from tire splitting, glass and lamp breakages that are not included in the damage liability insurance into the insurance by paying daily charges.

Liability towards third persons (PAIPLUS): By this insurance that enhances liabilityrenter guarantees the material damages that might afflict the third persons by paying charges. However, being able to benefit from this insurance is bound to signing the part of Rich Rental Contract in respect with insurance at the beginning of  contract.
The following point should be taken into consideration for validity of all insurances:

• Not to be full faulty and bad drive,
• Not to drive the vehicle under effect of alchol or drug,
• Not to drive exceeding lawful speed limit,
• Reports of alchol and traffic shall be arranged thoroughly without moving vehicle from its place and transferred to Rich within 48 hours,
• Driver should be registered in rental contract,
• Not to drive without licence.

Otherwise, insurances shall be deemed invalid and renter shall be held responsible for all damages. On the other hand, to make deceptive statements to  Rich authorities, authorized traffic teams and local police force as well as to use vehicles in the regions closed to traffic and in banned regions and carriage oversize loads and persons shall induce to cancellation of insurances automatically. In case of any incident to call  0 533 660 14 14 (Rich Center)  and 0 532 665 44 00(Rich (Emergency Service)and make a statement is obligatory.
Deliverance/Return: In deliverances in places where Rich Rent offices are and during return if vehicle is left to the office from which it is taken any fee is received. Except for this drop fee shall be received.
Tickets-OGS-KGS and Highway fees: They  shall be on customer. If vehicles are detained by traffic authorities the duration to be passed during the detention shall be integrated into rent term.
CASES EXCEPT FOR GUARANTEES:

• Cases that includes no accidents and alchol.
• Accidents took place by the driver whose name not registered in the contract.
• Cases in which driver is in effect of alchol and drug.
• Cases in which drivers have not licence.
• Violation of traffic rules and accidents occured by excessive speed.
• Cases in which driver is faulty %100.
• Accidents and damages occured  out of the term defined in Contract.
• Accidents and damages might be occured during tugging, pushing and carrying any other vehicle or objects moving or unmoving.
• Accidents and damages that might be occured when vehicle is used in race, in speed definition and rally tests or in a region closed to traffic or in any inconvenient road.
• Accidents and damages that might be occured when carrying oversize passengers or explosive and inflammable materials.
• Burnings might be occured  by cigarette without induscing any fire.
• Burnings and stains might be occured on the floor of vehicle.
• Tire splitting that might be occured by faulty driving. It is not covered by guarantees and renter shall be held for responsible for damages.
• Rich  may claim  recourse to renter for damages that can not be indemnified
