Orientation Program
In order to ensure the adaptation to business of the hired personnel within a short period an orientation program is organized to introduce company culture, organizational structure and operation processes.
Performance Assessment
At the end of each year each employee sets the business targets of his own with his/her manager and establishes personal development plans within Personal Performance Assessment System. The results of these assessments are reflected to salary evaluation, career and training plans.
