License and Age: The renter should be 21 for B.C.D group vehicles and 24 for F.H.K. M group vehicles during renting and renter must have at least 1 year old national or internationally valid driver license.
Renting Period: is at least 1 day. For long termed renting special discounts are made.
Prices: Prices includes lubrication, maintenance, insurance against third party liability (within legal policy limits) costs. VAT is not included. The fuel will be supplied by renter. Driver and guide may be supplied as per request. Portable Baggage can be supplied if requested for daily 15 DM. Children seat may be supplied for daily 15 DM provided to notify 48 hours before.
Payment: Payment of rental cost should be effected during the delivery of vehicle to customer. In addition, 300 DM deposit is collected during the delivery of vehicle to be paid back when vehicle returned to company. In case of any delay in delivering back the vehicle to company, 1/3rd of daily cost will be charged for each delay hour, for delays exceeding 3 hours daily rental cost will be charged. No deposit is requested from valid Visa, Euro card, and Master card owners..
Insurance: In case of any damage of our vehicles, renter has to cover the repair costs and has to pay rental cost during repair period. If renter pays daily insurance fee in addition to rental cost, then customer will have no liability for damages. The renter may get rid of damage risks of tires, vehicle windows and headlamps other than accident by paying the cost of LCF insurance. The responsibility of the damages not covered by insurance arising due to operating errors belongs to renter.
The sliding players available in the vehicles are not covered by insurance and in case of stolen the renter have to pay for it. .
For the validity of insurance:
- Traffic accident report and alcoholic examination must be taken in the accident location immediately and the closest Avrasya office should be informed within 24 hours.
- If the accident is double sided, the copies of driver license, vehicle’s license and insurance policy of the other party must be received by renter in accident location.
- If the vehicle is used under the effect of alcoholic beverages or drugs or over the legal speed permits, the driver of the vehicle will be responsible for all damages.
- Renter cannot benefit from insurance if insurance cost is not paidand if the accident report is not issued.
If the vehicle is stolen and the vehicle insurance cost is not paid, the renter is obliged to pay the rent cost of the days past until the vehicle is found if the vehicle is found within 45 days, if vehicle cannot be found then the vehicle cost at turnkey basis for unused new vehicle and the rental cost up to that date.
The valid identity and driver license should be mentioned in the contract, if the vehicle will be used by a second driver other than renter. Otherwise, the insurance became invalid and the renter will be responsible for all kinds of damages. Additional driver fee is 15DM/day.
Delivery/ Return : For deliveries in the cities where Avrasya offices are located, no additional fee is charged if vehicle is taken and delivered back to these offices, in cases other than this drop charge payment should be made equal to 150 DM.
Traffic Tickets: Traffic tickets should be paid by renter. If the vehicles are retained by traffic officers, this period will be paid by renter as renting period.
